If someone on your team does the same sequence of steps every day, there's usually a workflow hiding in it: a trigger, a few decisions, some data moving between tools, and a result somebody needs to see.
I build those workflows so they run on their own, handle the odd cases, and tell you when something breaks.
A typical shape: something happens, the workflow decides what to do, the right systems get updated, and a person hears about it only if they need to.
